Whey protein concentrate 34% means it contains a minimum of 34 % protein. It is produced by separation techniques like precipitation, filtration and dialysis. It is product made from cow milk. This product is in compliance with the standards and regulations for food safety in the country of origin and Codex Alimentarius.

Application of the product
Whey protein concentrate 34% is suitable for a replacement for skimmed milk, a stabiliser and fat mimetic in yogurt, bakery mixes, dietetic food, athletic food, infant food and confections. Whey protein concentrate binds itself to water which makes it perfect for the production of these products.
