We offer grated Emmental Cheese in bulk. The cheese is standardly offered in 2kg bags, 8kg per carton. However other packaging is also available.

Emmental is known as a cheese from Switzerland. It is often seen as a comparison for the Dutch Maasdam cheese. Certain bacteria in the cheese create the holes which make this cheese known. We sell Emmental grated which have been produced using cow milk. The cheese is known as a semi-hard consistency cheese containing at least 45% fat. Emmental grated has a diameter of 3mm.
