We offer Emmental Cheese slices in bulk. The cheese is standardly offered in 50 x 20gr. slices, 6kg per carton. However other packaging is also available.

Emmental is known as a cheese from Switzerland. It is often seen as a comparison for the Dutch Maasdam cheese. Certain bacteria in the cheese create the holes which make this cheese known. We sell Emmental slices which have been produced using cow milk. Emmental slices are known as a semi-hard consistency cheese containing at least 45% fat.
