We offer grade-A whole hens in bulk. The hens’ giblets, head, neck and feet have been removed. The hens are freshly frozen and originate from Europe. They are raised without the use of genetically engineered grains, antibiotics, hormones or any other growth promoting drugs. The hens are calibrated, meaning that they are produced and supplied within a specified weight range.
